All returns must be made within 14 days from the invoice date.When returning a purchase you need to visit, phone or send an email to the store first .Once contact has been made you may return the item yourself or arrange pickup from your home(pick up and re delivery fees apply). The item must be in an undamaged and re-saleable condition, the packaging must be in the same condition and not opened. The customer must bring the original invoice and identification as proof of purchase. All refunds will be done the same way as the payment method less any delivery fees as they are not refundable.
We do not offer refunds on mattresses, floor stock or sold (as is).Custom made orders can not be cancelled once plans and approval have been signed or confirmed by email.
