*Do you do Custom-Made furniture?

Yes, we do!
We specialize in custom-made furniture and are happy to help you create the furniture that is most suitable for your home.
 

* Can I pick up my order direct from you?
Yes, you can.
We offer in-store pickups. You are welcome to collect your order after you have been advised that your goods are ready and the order has been paid in full.
 

ORDERING QUESTIONS:

* Is it safe to place orders online?

Our website is only taking orders but NO online payment involved to check out. And, payment will be asked ONLY after your order is verified or delivery fee quotation has been accepted by you. No customer credit cards details are kept on our system. 

* How long is your Order Processing Time?

Local made furniture 2~3 Weeks required for making a new furniture including custom made furniture
American Oak hardwood furniture 3~5 days  required for American Oak painting (Choice of colour)
Imported Furniture 2~4 days required for shipping arrangement 


*I have placed an order online and what should I do next?

If your order requires delivery, we will usually call you to inform you of the delivery quotation, or let you know the quotation by email for your confirmation. Before proceeding to the next step, we need to have your acceptance of the delivery quotation.

*How do I check my Order Status?

Once we have received your deposit, you will receive an order update by email, and your order will be automatically arranged for production (custom-made furniture) or delivery (imported furniture). Usually, we will not update the order further or contact you until your order is about to be completed. It is difficult for us to update the status, because different types of furniture have different processes in the manufacturing process. 

 

DELIVERY QUESTIONS:

* How much is shipping?

Delivery charge starts from $35.00 for Sydney Metro region. Cost varies depending on the quantity and size of the items ordered and the delivery address.
Our own deliveries are mainly in the Sydney metro area and all other deliveries to different areas and states are covered by 3rd party door-to-door transporters.
(Goods handled by a third-party transportation company will be paid to the driver directly when goods are delivered to you.)

* Can I pick up my order direct from you?

INSTALLATION:

* Do I need to install / assemble my furniutre?
For locally made furniture:
Most of our locally-made furniture does not need to be installed or assembled.
Imported furniture: Some of our imported furniture with flat packed which needs simple assembly. The flat-packed furniture installation is not included.
