Ordering online from us just got even easier! We offer in-store pickup for all orders placed online, and provide affordable delivery service for the Sydney metro area for an additional fee. Our truck delivery charges start at $35.00, depending on your location.

 

our own delivery service:In general, most of our orders will be shipped within 2 to 4 working days if the item is in stock. Please note that this timeframe does not apply to unfinished American Oak furniture and locally made furniture, as they require additional processing time. It's important to understand that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Instead, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date. While we make every effort to meet these estimated delivery dates, there are occasions when we may be unable to do so, and your delivery date may be adjusted accordingly.

 

3rd Party delivery service:

Our delivery service primarily covers the Sydney Metropolitan area. For deliveries to other areas, we rely on third-party transport services. If your order is being handled by a Door-to-Door third-party delivery service, please note that the estimated delivery date is subject to their availability. While we will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order, the actual delivery date may vary depending on the availability and schedule of our transport partners. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

If your delivery is not Door-To-Door and is being managed by the transport company, we recommend contacting them directly for any issues related to delivery logistics or timing. The transport company will have the most up-to-date information regarding your delivery and can assist you with any questions or concerns.

1) 10 km or less from our Villawood factory: 

 Our charge is $35 per ground floor delivery (one man delivery).  

2) There will be an  additional $30 charge for upstairs delivery.

3) Over 10km please contact us for a quote. 
 

* Special fixed rate for delivery to Wollongong: One man delivery $100.00 per delivery (ground floor)

 

 

Either you or your representative/proxy, who must be 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive the merchandise during the agreed-upon day and time window. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order.

 

 

We frequently organise furniture deliveries using third-party delivery services. We assist our customers in coordinating their orders for direct delivery by these services, and you will pay the delivery fee directly to the driver upon receipt of the goods. The delivery cost provided below is indicative and subject to change based on driver or transportation company quotations.

  All the 3rd party transport services are independently owned and operated.

Goods Damaged / Products missing in Transit

It is important that you check your goods as soon as they are received. In the unfortunate event that the furniture arrives damaged or products are missing, in order to be entitled to a replacement, the customer must speak to the driver and contact the store or a staff member immediately. Wood World Furniture will arrange to have the damaged goods returned by the same driver and will advise when the replacement item will be provided.

 

All orders must be paid in FULL prior to shipment. The only exception is for the delivery fee, which can be paid in cash onsite. If you choose Cash On Delivery (COD) payment, the delivery fee needs to be paid in advance, and the remaining amount can only be paid in CASH or by Bank Cheque when the goods are delivered to you. (COD payment is available for orders using 3rd-party delivery services.)
