While we will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order, the actual delivery date may vary depending on the availability and schedule of our transport partners. If your delivery is not Door-To-Door and is being managed by the transport company, we recommend contacting them directly for any issues related to delivery logistics or timing. The transport company will have the most up-to-date information regarding your delivery and can assist you with any questions or concerns.

We strongly encourage customers to collect (pick up) their order directly from our warehouse once it is ready, or to arrange their own preferred courier or transportation service for collection at a time that suits you. This option helps keep costs down and offers the most flexibility.
For local deliveries within approximately 50km of our location (Sydney Metro area), we offer our own shipping services at competitive rates.
Who needs to accept or sign for my delivery?
For areas outside the Sydney Metro region, delivery costs are subject to actual quotations from our third-party drivers or transportation partners. And you will pay the delivery fee directly to the driver upon receipt of the goods.
All third-party transport services are independently owned and operated.It is important that you check your goods as soon as they are received. In the unfortunate event that the furniture arrives damaged or products are missing, in order to be entitled to a replacement, the customer must speak to the driver and contact the store or a staff member immediately. Wood World Furniture will arrange to have the damaged goods returned by the same driver and will advise when the replacement item will be provided.
All orders must be paid in FULL prior to shipment. The only exception is for the delivery fee, which can be paid in cash onsite. If you choose Cash On Delivery (COD) payment, the delivery fee needs to be paid in advance, and the remaining amount can only be paid in CASH or by Bank Cheque when the goods are delivered to you. (COD payment is available for orders using 3rd-party delivery services.)

Installation
Some of our imported furniture comes flat-packed and requires simple assembly.
The flat-packed furniture installation is not included.
